Bori (Bengali food) A type of vegetable made from a combination 
of salt like masakalai , pumpkin , water and quantity . Winter is a very
important food for the Bengali nation. It's taste incomparable , fun and healthy.


Satkhira district is adjacent to the 
Sundarbans in the southern part of Bangladesh.
In winter , it is very popular food in every neighborhood of 
this district. In Satkhira district of Bangladesh , The practice of Bori (Bengali food) started.



Maskalai pulses are made in the machine or on the pata , soaking water.
Rice pumpkin should be sifted through a sieve . Then mix water and salt
together and make a paste. Then it should be dried on a cloth . It's bori (Bengali food)


Bori (Bengali food) can be stored throughout the 
year.Various vegetarian curries are cooked with spinach
 ,cabbage , eggplant and fish. Bori with eggplant and tengra
 fish do not work in winter. The testis absolutely tempting which
 is an alternative meat.


In terms of nutrition , Bori (Bengali food) can't finish saying.
Increases appetite , reduces appetite and relieves constipation.
The main ingredient is mascalai dal , Plays an important role in 
the growth of muscle cells. Bori (Bengali food) increases the strength 
of the body. Rice squash is high dietary fiber. Improves blood sugar levels
in the body. Regular intake reduces the risk of developing diabetes by 20/30 
percent compared by others. It contains magnesium which helps in increasing
blood flow and keeping the hut well. Mascalai pulses contain antioxidants and
phytonutrients , Which Colon cancer deduces the risk of developing breast cancer.
